What is the Global Employment Organization (GEO)?

A Global Employment Organization (GEO) is a service provider that enables companies to hire and manage employees across multiple countries without needing to establish their own local entities. Acting as the Employer of Record (EOR), a GEO assumes the legal and HR responsibilities for these employees.
