AUG License

This brings us to the topic of AUG License spearheaded by the German Government in 1972. This key player in German hiring scenario, although involves quite a lengthy process coupled with frequent audits, ensures equal pay and rights for every worker.

The trio also pointed out other compliant ways of hiring in Germany such as setting up an entity or a branch, even though they might be tied up in red-tape complexities. As a stepping stone, adopting the Employer Of Record(EOR) route was suggested to expedite the process of hiring while planning to establish a long-term strategy.
