Welcome to Hinman Legal!  I have spent two decades working in Silicon Valley as a tech attorney and entrepreneur, both in big law and in-house roles, and have co-founded a few companies along the way, including PopSugar, Mimosa Networks, and HiveSpot. I currently work as a strategic advisor and fractional General Counsel to tech companies, offering full-stack business and legal strategy advice across all aspects of fundraising, legal, sales, marketing, and people operations in hardware, SaaS and AI environments.
