We then follow a disciplined process to identify talent, screen them (as if we were the operator ourselves) and submit only those that are truly aligned.

When working with our clients, we operate as true strategic partners and structure our engagements, so we are fully aligned and win together. While we work on all levels (C-suite to IC), most of our placements are in “mid stack” roles (VP/”Heads of” to IC).

While we have an emerging tech practice, most of the roles we have placed are GTM Roles (Sales, CS/AM, Marketing and Product Management).
