Smarter Onboarding: Customize Employment Details

Hiring globally means dealing with all kinds of contract types and payment structures. That’s why we’ve upgraded the onboarding flow so you can now define:

  • Employment Type (Full-time / Part-time)
  • Contract Type (Permanent / Fixed-term)
  • Pay Type (Salaried / Hourly)
  • Payment Frequency (Monthly / Semi-monthly / Biweekly / Weekly)

This update gives you more flexibility to tailor employee contracts to real-world needs - no matter where you hire.

Add Job Titles for Client Managers

You can now assign job titles when creating a new Client Manager. This simple yet powerful feature enhances clarity regarding team roles and responsibilities.

Sometimes timing is everything. You now have the choice to invite a newly added Client Manager right away - or hold off until you're ready. More control, fewer notifications.

Now when you onboard a new employee, you can assign them a direct manager from your list of Client Managers. It’s a smoother handoff for both HR and managers, and makes reporting lines clear from day one.

We’ve added visibility into Sick Leave balances directly within each employee’s profile. Whether you’re planning a handover or tracking usage, this helps you stay informed at a glance.
