Last year I co-founded @1oak.studio, a creative studio based in Switzerland. At the same time I relocated with my family from the Netherlands to Colombia. There was a million things to handle to make this move possible.
One of the most crucial points was to find a way to receive a salary in Colombia, in compliance with local regulations and labor laws. I was stressed out and confused about this for weeks. The fear of not finding a solution was real.
